Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with everything you order from The Belle and The Beau. If you are not satisfied please contact us for return/exchange approval within 5 days of receipt of your items. 

The Belle and The Beau will accept returns/exchanges provided the items have not been worn or used and are in the original packaging. Return approval is granted if we made an error on your order (wrong item was shipped) or if the item is flawed. Every item is our shop is custom hand made in the USA.  Therefore, we DO NOT accept returns for issues of color matching, wrong size selection, fabric selection, custom orders, or cancelled weddings!  Please be 100% sure of your size selections.  We do offer swatches for color matching and help with fabric selection if needed.  

We know it can be difficult to match colors through a computer monitor...if you are unsure, please purchase a swatch from our shop. You can purchase 1-2 swatches for $5, or unlimited swatches for $10.  Please send us an email at hello@thebelleandthebeau.com to request swatches or if you need help selecting the perfect fabric for your special occasion:)

If we have issued a return approval, please return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.  If you have any questions, please contact custom service at hello@thebelleandthebeau.com.
