Shipping
We are currently shipping within 5-7 business days after purchase. This may vary slightly depending on volume of orders. Orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail. Please note that if you purchase priority shipping, your order will ship priority within 2-3 business days after purchase. If you need an order shipped faster, please email us before purchase. We work hard to accommodate rush orders upon request.
International Shipping:
All international orders will ship within 5-7 business days after purchase by USPS first class mail. USPS quotes international delivery to be 5-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for transit, but this can vary due to customs, etc. There is no tracking with international first class mail. We can provide you with a custom's # that you may use to try and check the status of shipment with your post. If you would like an order insured or shipped UPS guarantee with tracking, please contact for a shipping quote before purchase. Unfortunately, once a package leaves our studio, we cannot be responsible if it is lost or stolen:)

Domestic First Class (continental US):
Up - $25.00 is $3.00
$25.01- $50.00 is $4.00
$50.01- $100 is $5.00
Free USPS First Class shipping for all retail orders over $100 (excludes custom wedding and wholesale orders)
Domestic Priority:
Up - $75 is $6.00
$75.01-$100 is $8.00
$100.01-$200 is $10.00
California residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
International Shipping rates:
Up- $50 is $6.00
$50.01-$100 is $10.00
$100.01-$150.00 is $15.00
$150.01-$200 is $20.00
$200.01-$300 is $25.00
Refunds and Exchanges
We truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied please contact us for return/exchange approval within 7 days of receipt of your items. The Belle and The Beau will accept returns/exchanges provided the items have not been worn or used and are in the original packaging. Please return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping fees for returns/exchanges will need to be at your expense. However, due to the nature of custom orders, all custom sales are final! You can purchase unlimited swatches for $5. Please send us an email if you would like to purchase swatches and we will send you an invoice with your selections (we will have a listing for swatches in the shop soon).
